All appointments can be booked and managed online at bellissimabeautyandaesthetics.co.uk, through our app or by calling us on 01932 953708. Card details are required to be taken for all bookings and booking fee is required to secure a new appointment. Arriving late to your appointment may result in shortened treatment times.
We require at least 48 hour’s notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as courtesy to our therapists and other clients waiting for appointments. Please note there is a cancellation fee of 50% of treatment cost if the appointment is cancelled with between 24 and 48 hour’s and a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost should you cancel after 24 hours or fail to attend without any notice. Client’s on courses risk losing a treatment from their course should our cancellation policy not be adhered to.
Please inform us of any medical conditions you may have including pregnancy at the time of booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Selected treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment. To comply with our insurance and health and safety regulations under no circumstances will the treatment go ahead without this being completed. Treatments may be cancelled if there is no record of a patch test and our cancellation policy will apply
